It is unlawful to buy, sell, possess for sale, or offer for sale any game fish.

EXCEPTIONS:

1. In compliance with Code 30.11 when taken by commercial fishermen
2. Game fish raised in licensed fish-farming operations
3. Bream 4 inches and under

PENALTY: Class 3
