It is unlawful to possess more than 25 shot shells or to possess shells containing shot larger than No.2 while taking or attempting to take waterfowl on WMAs to which Common Restriction A applies (Addendum C1.12).

EXCEPTIONS:

1. In camping, parking or boat launching areas.
2. In compliance with Addendum B1.13.
