- Any wildlife, including but not limited to game animals, birds and fish, that is taken, transported or sold in violation of any Code regulation is declared to be contraband and may be seized. Upon conviction of the offender, or sooner if the court having jurisdiction so orders, title to the wildlife shall be forfeited to the Commission and such wildlife released or disposed of in compliance with Commission policy.
- Any equipment, including but not limited to firearms, archery equipment, traps, tackle, nets, boats, lights, motors, vehicles, and other fishing or hunting gear or devices, is declared to be contraband and may be seized if it is used in connection with a violation of any of the following Code regulations:

- Upon conviction of the offender, the court having jurisdiction may order title to the equipment forfeited to the Commission and such equipment disposed of in compliance with Commission policy. Equipment confiscated may be advertised and sold at public auction with the proceeds of the sale to be deposited in the Game Protection Fund.
- Procedural matters regarding seizure and forfeiture of contraband not otherwise addressed herein shall be governed by the provisions of Rule 15of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure, as amended.
